The Net is Dead; Life Beyond the Buzz

The Net is Dead; Life Beyond the Buzz” is more of a technical blog with a web designer and developer writing about programs gadgets and net happenings. There are lots of engaging thoughts and ideas expressed. The first one to catch my eye was a short essay on “The Net is Dead, long live the net!” It is an interesting composition denoting a bit of internet history from this bloggers perspective. Here are few sample titles of other posts you can find: "Second Web Spam Summit", "Ajaxifying Pivot", "Behold: Web 2.0", "Mint - a review with a different flavour" and "Security update for Pivot-Blacklist". There is clearly a techie ethos to this blog with a touch of negativism and sarcasm aimed at the mob/mainstream internet masses in a few of the posts. I give 8.5 stars. The blog is informative and entertaining. It has a professional appearance and is easily navigated. I didn’t have any luck browsing the archive links unless I used the calendar though. Marco van Hylckama Vlieg also has a Dutch Weblog and other sites at the main domain link.
