A free blog hosting service: BLOGCULT and another called BlogSpirit.
Blinkx is actually a search technology tool that has been around for a while and can help you find a lot of different things from podcasting to video blogs. Some search technology deployed right on your own desktop. I like their usage of gray and dabs of bright color on their site.
