EFF: Legal Guide for Bloggers
“EFF: Legal Guide for Bloggers” provides some information about blogging legal issues and gives some practical advice on blogging that might prevent some bloggers in USA from getting into legal issues or binds. The Electronic Frontier Foundation has been around the net for years and supplies some informative resources. All types of question and answers provided. The information provided is based on laws and regulations from the USA, so it probably will not be as practical for use by bloggers in other countries. Listed questions and answers about everything from defamation, liability, privacy, intellectual rights, laws and lot’s more can be found in this guide. There is a section that explains how to blog more anonymously. The entire guide is not quite as in-depth as I would like to see it but I’m fairly sure it will grow. Also, I haven’t found a lot of resources similar to this one being compiled else where. I give this section of EFF 8.5 stars.8.5 stars
