Freedom Now

Freedom Now” has years of information posted on the legal issues and other general material of the free software movement. It may be a bit in-depth in places for some but there are loads of exceptional posts, good articles, wide-ranging information and links concerning this topic. If you want to find out more about patent wars, proprietary culture, victories, losses and just about anything to do with the free software movement you can probably find it at this blog. There are links and information of the organizations and people involved with Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), Free Software Foundation, GNU and much more. You have probably seen or heard of some of these abbreviations or organizations if you ever downloaded free software, used Linux or tried open source products. Most of us are using some type of free or open source software without even knowing it. This is a place to find out some more of whom and what organizations and legal issues have been behind all of this. I give 8.5 stars. I’m a supporter of open source, free software and this blog provides a group of material worth knowing something about.
